Do to the COVID19 shelter in place order, the May Activity (May 13, 2020) will be held “On Air” starting at 1830 hrs on repeater output frequency 146.730 (-) PL 85.4.   The Activity will start with a short business meeting to hold elections of officers.  Ballots are being accepted via email or USPS (must be mailed no later than Friday, May 8.   Those that have not submitted their ballot before the May 13 Activity may enter their ballot via voice at the beginning of the Activity.

The activity itself has yet to be decided.  At this time there are two possibilities.  1.  Have a virtual, video and audio, Activity on “Zoom” or some other platform.   2.  Have an Activity to determine what stations can comm via simplex.  That information will be recorded and will be used in the TCARC/ARES Ops Manual.
